Lingford Consulting was founded in 2001 and has quickly developed a reputation for its innovative and practical approaches to improving the productivity and effectiveness of people and teams in organisations.


We have a particular passion for working with Local Government organisations and have done so for more than 17 years.


Beginning in the Albury Wodonga region, Lingford Consulting now has offices in Melbourne and Perth. From these offices, we can provide our services across Australia. Our work traverses many industry sectors including Local Government, State and Federal Government as well as private industry.
