Time Management Coaching for Busy People
In business and in life today, it is becoming increasingly difficult for people to manage the volume of work that is expected of them. Unfortunately, Time Management seminars rarely succeed in developing improved work habits that last. Attendees often find it difficult to apply all of the principles and techniques they learn to their own particular situation.
With our Time Management Coaching program, they can be coached in ways to make far more efficient use of their time at work and learn to juggle competing priorities. Time Management Coaching is intended to help improve personal performance and effectiveness through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions over a three (3) month time-frame focused entirely on ways to develop more efficient and effective work habits to cope with ever increasing work commitments and stress.
Time Management Coaching is designed for busy people who cannot really afford a day away from the office.
Coaching at Your Desk or Your Office
Importantly, the coaching happens at the workplace with the client and the coach sitting down together to work on targeted strategies designed to improve their personal productivity. Each participant receives their own Time Management/Personal Productivity Workbook/Journal which contains a comprehensive amount of information and strategies which they will work through in each session.
What is Covered
A range of topics are covered and these are applied to each person to suit their particular needs and situation:
- Understanding our multiple "In Boxes". (Where our work comes from)
- Organising the work environment,
- Effective prioritising strategies for focussing on the most important tasks,
- Developing your Weekly Plan & Review System,
- Developing a short term and long term plans,
- Strategies to keep your plan on track, (dealing with interruptions),

- Overcoming and dealing with the Procrastination habit,

- AND utilising MS Outlook or Lotus Notes more effectively as part of your personal time management system. (Emails, Calendar and Tasks)
Personal Productivity Skills Measured
At the start of the program, the participant completes an on-line Personal Productivity Skills Questionnaire. This is then repeated at the end of the coaching program to determine the progress made.

Once this trust is broken, even if well intentioned, then the commitment to the process is difficult to maintain. Accordingly, we are fully committed to respecting the utmost confidentiality at all times. LCS will comply with the International Coach Federation's code of ethical conduct at all times and will not divulge the detail of the coaching discussions with anybody else, without the express agreement of the Coach.
