“Using Emotional Intelligence at Work” focuses on the key emotional dimensions that impact on our working lives. In the past, emotions have been seen simply as a hindrance to rational processes and efficiency, yet we all know that organisations are a cauldron of emotions, both positive and negative, which have a powerful influence on the success or failure of an enterprise. Far from getting rid of emotions, we need first to understand them, and then use them, in a positive way. “Using Emotional Intelligence at Work” is made up of 16 Half Day Workshops, that are tried and tested, that can be used individually or as a group of workshops tailored to meet the organisations or departments need. You could put two workshops together to make a one day session.
