Contractor and Contract Management Print

Contract Management Training

The Contract Management Workshop is designed to be a practical view of how to secure services or products from a 3rd party and manage the delivery of them through to a successful conclusion.

It will start with a clear definition of what it is that you need in the form of a business definition/justification/case. This will form the baseline of your requirements and will allow you to develop the required engagement documentation and seek a proposal from 3rd parties, evaluating and selecting the preferred supplier and initiating their services.

Monitor and manage the delivery from the supplier through to the conclusion of their contracted services. Finally if something goes wrong or is unexpected, some guidance for what you can do.
